Scope of Services
Telford Training & Certification, A Division of Telford Projects Pvt. Ltd. offers various specialized services which include Industrial Blasting, Painting, Welding and Third-Party Inspection services for various Industrial Projects. The specific scope and nature of the services will be defined in individual project agreements.
Quotations and Acceptance
All quotations provided by Telford Training & Certifications are valid for a limited period, as specified in the quotation document. Acceptance of the quotation constitutes an agreement to the terms and conditions outlined. Any modifications to the scope of the work will be subject to additional charges and must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
Payment Terms
Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in the registration terms & conditions.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information shared during the course of the project. This includes proprietary data, trade secrets, and other sensitive information. Disclosure is only permitted with prior written consent or as required by law.
Liability and Warranty
Telford Projects will perform all services with reasonable skill and care. However, the company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Warranty terms, if any, will be specified in the contract and may vary depending on the nature of the service or product.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property developed during the project remains the exclusive property of Telford Training & Certifications unless explicitly transferred to the client. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the intellectual property solely for the purposes outlined in the agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with a specified notice period, typically 30 days. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the date of termination. Any pre-paid amounts for uncompleted work will be refunded, subject to deductions for costs incurred.
Force Majeure
Telford Projects is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions. In such cases, the timeline for project completion may be extended.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Maharashtra, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Each course includes specific fee and duration, which are clearly stated on the website and are subject to applicable taxes. Course content is designed to equip participants with practical skills and industry knowledge.
Enrollment and Payment for Courses
Enrollment in any course is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, as specified at the time of registration. All payments must be completed before the course begins. Failure to make timely payments may result in the forfeiture of the participant's spot in the course.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Participants may cancel their enrollment up to 7 days before the course start date to receive a full refund, minus a processing fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date will incur a 50% charge. No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.
Course Changes and Cancellations by Telford Projects
Telford Projects reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, and instructors without prior notice. In the event of course cancellation by Telford Projects, participants will receive a full refund or may opt to transfer their registration to another course.
